For some larger products, the Heavyocity Portal may take a while to uncompress and install the files to your system. During this process the portal will notify you that it is installing, but not seem to advance.
Due to the size of the files, it can take up to 10 minutes or more to install. Please be patient while this process completes.
If you encounter any error messages in the process, please forward them to support@heavyocity.com so we can look into resolving it.
