3. Install your library
First, please ensure that you are running the latest version of Kontakt (or the free Kontakt Player). You can update to the latest version using Native Instrument's Native Access software.
If you're not already running Native Access on your system, please download and install it from Native Instruments:
https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access/

Locate the product in the list, click "Add Library", then browse for the location of the library folder on your hard drive, select the library folder and click "Open", then click "Install".
Once you've done so, the product will appear under "Installed products", as well as Kontakt and Komplete Kontrol.
If you encounter any error messages in the process, please forward them to support@heavyocity.com so we can look into resolving it.
