1. Navigate to your account page on Heavyocity.com
If you have not done so already, please create an account on https://heavyocity.com/my-account/
2. Download your plug-in
Once on your account page, all products purchased directly through our site will be automatically registered to your account page. If you've purchased from a retailer or received a serial otherwise, click the 'Register Now' button at the bottom and register your Punish serial.
Once the serial is registered, Punish will appear on your list of products. Click on the installer that corresponds to your OS and the installer will download in RAR format. You can use WinRar to uncompress the files on a Windows machine, or one of several free programs for a Mac. We recommend Stuffit Expander.
3. Activate your plug-in
Once the installation process is complete, you will be prompted to download the 'iLok License Manager', which is required to activate Heavyocity plug-ins. Click Yes to install the License Manager, or click No if you already have it on your system.
Open your DAW; it should scan your plug-ins folders, recognize your new Heavyocity plug-in, and prompt you to activate it via iLok. Here you will enter your serial number as your authorization code.
If you encounter any error messages in the process, please forward them to Heavyocity support so we can look into resolving it.
