First, please ensure that you have enough disk space for the library being installed, and that you are running the latest version of Connect, available here:
If your download appears to freeze, there may be some corruption occurring in the download. To reset the download, please follow these steps:
- Open Connect
- Paste in your download code
- Hold down the SHIFT key and press the red Reset button
- Navigate to where your product is downloading, and hit OK
This will pickup the download where it left off, and fix any corruptions that occurred.
Sometimes installing to an external drive causes issues with the installation process. If you experience continued freezing or crashing in Connect, please try installing to an internal drive instead of an external drive.
