Upon purchasing your product, you should have received a purchase receipt e-mail as well as a download e-mail. If you did not receive both, please be sure to check your spam filter (or promotions tab in Gmail) for an e-mail from heavyocity.com. If you purchased your product from a third-party retailer, you should have received a registration code, which you need to enter into the Continuata registration form in order to receive your download e-mail.
Your download e-mail includes instructions on how to download and install your product using the Continuata Connect application.
Once Connect has completed the installation, you may delete the RAR files that remain.
Before attempting to add the library to Kontakt, make sure you are running the latest version of Kontakt, as well as Native Instrument's Native Access software (available here). Open Native Access and press "Add a serial" in the upper left. Enter your serial number, press "Add Serial", then navigate to the directory where you've installed your product. Make sure you point it to the folder that is specific to the product you are trying to register. Once you've done so, the product should appear in "Installed products", as well as in the library tab in Kontakt.
If you encounter an error message in the process, please forward it to support(at)heavyocity.com so we can look into resolving the issue.
If you need to re-download the product later on, you can use the same code from your original download e-mail; that code does not expire. If you retrieve that code from your download e-mail, you can input it into Connect and initiate a download there. If you're unable to locate your download code, please write into support(at)heavyocity.com with your serial number and/or a copy of your receipt.
